This newly designed old farmhouse, on 6 acres adjacent to the Llano Event Center, was remodeled and turned into a rustic bed and breakfast with 3 bedrooms for rent or rent the whole house. On the ground floor is Bobcat Lair and Conestoga Room that share a fabulously remodeled bathroom with tiled shower. Located on the Kassell Ranch, midway between Llano and Mason off Highway 29, this two-story rock house was built by meticulous German masons in the late 1800’s. It served as home for three generations of the Kassell family before it suffered a disastrous fire in the mid 1950’s. Completely restored in 1996 with the original exterior still intact, the newly designed interior reflects authentic Victorian decor that was in vogue when the house was built.
