The Blue Lake Golf and Tennis Club was formed in 1972 when the
Blue Lake Property Owners Association purchased the course from the developer. Continuous
improvements have been made over the years including a sprinkler system in 1985,
enlargement of the clubhouse, and the addition of new tennis courts. In 1997 the course
was connected to the effluent return water line to conserve water.
This 9 Hole course in
the Hill Country has been consistently included in the Top 10 Nine Hole Courses in
the State of Texas.

| Memberships run yearly from July 1 to
June 30 of the following year and are contingent upon full payment for the class of
membership purchased. Payment can be made on an annual or semi-annual basis (Note: A $25
accounting fee will be added for semi-annual payments). New memberships purchased after
September 1 will be prorated based on the number of months remaining in the year. Full Family Membership - Allows husband,
wife and dependent children over 8 years of age living at home to play golf without paying
green fees. Independent children, their spouses and grandchildren pay half price green
fees. Coupons for six (6) free guests are included with the Full Family Membership. Club
social priviledges are included for the spouse and dependent children.
Blue Lake Property Owners - $525.00 yearly
Non Property Owners $590.00 yearly
Family One Golfer Membership - One
designated golfer can play without paying green fees under this membership. All other
family members pay full green fees. Coupons for two (2) fee guest green fees are included
with the Family One Golfer Membership. Club social priviledges are included for the spouse
and dependent children.

Non Property Owners $470.00 yearly
Individual Golfer Membership -
Designed for our single golfers. One designated golfer can play without paying green fees
under this membership. All other members must pay full green fees. Coupons for two (2)
free guest green fees are included with the Individual Golfer Membership. Club social
priviledges are included for dependent children.
