in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, just 40 miles northwest of Austin and 90 miles from
San Antonio. The centerpiece of Camp Balcones
Springs is Lake Ted, a private eight-acre spring-fed lake that is perfect for swimming,
blobbing, canoeing, kayaking, and is fully equipped with rope swing, water trolley, and
waterslide.
We also have over a mile of Lake Travis frontage, which is perfect for wakeboarding, water
skiing, and sailing. |

in 1987 to place our guests in the most positive, fun-loving Christian atmosphere
possible.
We have a great central location on 800 acres near Burnet and Marble Falls,
approximately an hour Northwest of Austin.
From August through May we operate as a retreat and conference center, and from June
through July, we conduct a high-energy, interdenominational Christian recreational
camp. |

on Lake LBJ in Marble Falls, Texas (an hour west of Austin), our focus is to help campers
grow into the champions God intends them to be. While we don't offer a particular
religious emphasis, camp life focuses on the 4 R's--Respect, Responsibility, Risk and
Reaching Out. Swimming, sailing and skiing,
are complemented by land sports, archery, riflery, kayaking, ropes/climbing, dance, arts
& crafts and horseback.
We offer age-appropriate experiences for kids ages
7-14 (finishing 8th grade); but campers can come to camp throughout high school, to
participate in programs to develop their leadership qualities and their ability to work
with children. |

Camp Longhorn

A
co-ed residential summer camp that lies in the scenic Texas Hill Country, 60 miles
northwest of Austin. There are two branches. Camp Longhorn Inks Lake is located on
the shore of Inks Lake, along the Colorado River. Camp Longhorn Indian Springs is
situated along two lakes fed by natural springs. Both camps offer over 30 activities. Office Hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the Summer and 9 a.m.
to 4 p.m. in the Winter. |

independent, nonprofit, Christian Camp. We offer awesome, action packed summer camps
as well as weekend camps for all ages throughout the year. Retreat accommodations
are also available for church groups.
